HTC One Note Phablet Concept

Published on June 26, 2012

Most of you are familiar with the Samsung Galaxy Note currently on AT&T. It is the gigantic 5.3″ Super AMOLED smartphone that uses a new generation stylus- S Pen. Well before the Note II can released, we are seeing some concepts of a HTC One Note Phablet that will be a clear competitor of the Note II. In my experience, every time I see a concept of a device that looks this amazing, it is always to good to be true.

The rumored specs are not to farfetched from most premium smartphones you see today. It will feature a 1080p True IPS display, Qualcomm S4 processor, NFC Communication, Magnetic Stylus, and have LTE 4G connectivity. First thing that comes to most minds is that the battery life would be slaughtered considering the size of this device, but HTC is putting a massive 3.520mAh battery in this device which is 1,000 mAh more then the original Galaxy Note. Now, their has been no word on the exact size of the screen, but I am willing to bet it will be around 5.5″ display and with the 8mp, 60 FPS camera, you should be able to put that amazing screen to good use. I am very excited for this device as I have been praying for a no-bezel device for a while now and with rumors of HTC featuring a Siri-like HTC Voice app, I believe this will be a mainstream competitor to challenge the Samsung Galaxy Note. What do you think about this concept? Is this a device you would consider purchasing?
